    Change is hard, especially large changes that affect small business owners. But when the big business people start to treat the little guys like they don\’t matter, or are just collateral on the way to a better bottom line, that\’s a problem. And a product is only as good as its general or average consumer. I\’m afraid Liquid Web sent a tough message loud and clear this week–and it had nothing to do with pricing changes.
