If you would like to leave it to my design eye, please put that below and we’ll refer to your logo for your colors and adjust things accordingly.
If you’d like us to set up your newsletter subscribe box to work with your third party provider, please see this link and provide us with the correct code needed (you’ll need to be logged into your account to access the tutorials.)

Hosting & Credentials

If you need a host, we recommend BigScoots.

You will need a self-hosted WordPress.org site. WordPress.com sites will not work with our themes. If you are moving from a .com to a .org site, the transfer of your content is not included in this package.
Confirm Logins*
PLEASE double and triple check your passwords before submitting this form. This means, physically going to your host and WordPress dashboard and logging in to verify the credentials given work! When passwords are incorrect, this delays the installation process for you and others in the queue.

Terms*
In order to keep this service so reasonably priced, this service does not include any revisions once installed. This is not for a complete custom design or any further customization requests beyond what is specified above. We will set your site up to look like our demo site of the theme you have selected and upload demo content if you have that option checked above. If the site we are installing on is a live site (not temporary or staging) we will install a Coming Soon plugin while we work.

If you’d like your install done on a staging site (one already created), please provide the link and login credentials for that site and not the live site. Also, please know, you will be responsible for pushing the staging site to your live site when you’re ready to launch.

You agree that all information is provided above for the Restored 316 team to complete your installation within a timely manner. If the team needs any further information it will be provided within 24 business hours of the request.

Due to the time this service takes, there are no refunds on this service for any reason.
