Introducing the Restored 316 Business Planner
For the first several years of this business, I had no formal way of keeping track of all the income, expenses, marketing, and blog posts. Years later I developed these files to help me keep this business organized. These are the tools we use every day to keep Restored 316 running productively and efficiently. I’m so excited to share them with you!
- Have you set business goals for the next year? the next 5 years?
- Do you have a plan in place for content and newsletters?
- Are your social media efforts growing your business?
- Are you ready for filing taxes or are you scrambling to find receipts?
By putting all your data in one place and keeping it organized, it will keep you on track to doing what you love, and your business on a path to success, which of course all of us want!
The Restored 316 Business Planner has over 300 printable pages & 14 digital spreadsheets to strategically get your business organized and in a position to flourish!
Digital Files
14 Spreadsheets available
One of my absolute favorite features of this planner are the digital spreadsheets that come alongside the printable files. Using these digital spreadsheets has been a game changer for our business. This will be the third year that we’ve used them so we’ve perfected every last detail of these sheets. We love that they automatically calculate the totals and show the graphics so we can look at them at a glance and know what areas are being fruitful, and which areas aren’t, which provides us a better understanding of where to focus our efforts.
The digital files included are:
Business Tracking
- Growth Goals
- Reach Stats
- Site Analytics
- Affiliate Tracking

Printable Files
The purchase of the Business Planner includes 6 videos that I recorded to explain a bit about the resources I use for my own planner, how I put it together, and how I personally use each sheet and section of the planner. I’ll cover a bit of that here in this post so you have a better understanding of what is included!
Monthly Calendars
The monthly calendars allow for a snapshot of your schedule at a glance. I love being able to see what I have planned all in one place for each month, or even flip through the year!
Task Planning
This layout allows you to see the entire week at a glance, split into sections for Appointments, Tasks, and Notes to help you write out everything that needs to be done during the week to keep your business running efficiently.
The Task Planning section of the planner includes all these sheets:
- Important Monthly Dates
- Year at a Glance
- Monthly Plan
- Weekly Plan
Marketing Planning
What most typical planners miss for anyone running a business is the section to plan your marketing strategies. When I asked a few people where they had the hardest time keeping up in their business, hands down the answer was keeping up with the social media, blog posts, and newsletters. That is no more! I’ve created this entire section, separated by the week so that it’s super easy for you to put together a strategic marketing plan for your business and not feel completely overwhelmed by all the little details.
This section of the planner includes the following sheets:
- Weekly Newsletter Plan
- Weekly Blog Plan
- Weekly Social Media Plan
Financial Tracking
If you’ve been running a business for any length of time, you know that keeping track of all those numbers is crazy town. I just heard a big loud Amen! This section of the planner is built to keep up with all the numbers you possibly need to run a successful business. In the videos that are included, I explain how I use these sheets alongside our digital files to be sure no user error happens when calculating numbers.
This section of the planner specifically includes the following sheets:
- Yearly Income Goals
- Goal Progress Report
- Recurring Expenses
- Monthly Expenses
- Independent Contractor Expenses
- Multiple Streams of Income
- Yearly Totals by Month
Business Tracking
Keeping track of how your business is growing, or not, is perhaps the most important part of running your business, and is essential for you to know where to focus your efforts. I’ve also provided some sheets here to help you set some attainable goals for your business so you can really put a plan together for your marketing efforts and know what to focus on and what not to.
This section of the planner includes the following sheets:
- Growth Goals
- Goal Progress Report
- Reach Stats
- Site Analytics
- Affiliate Tracking
- Sale Tracking
- 2017 in Review

- Paper Clips
- Dividers – Target One Spot

What others are saying
As a small business owner, I have so many needs. It’s nice to have a planner that helps me stay organized, get on task, and dream big.
Renee Fisher
I want to be organized and truly aware of what works in running my side business and what doesn’t. This planner is a perfect fit because it includes all the little details that need to be tracked (several I wouldn’t even have thought of) to give a big picture outlook on the business as a whole. Plus, knowing this is what you use in your own successful business inspires me to make success happen for mine. Thank you
