By purchasing products from Restored 316 Designs you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:
Charges:
Custom website designs require a 50% non-refundable down payment. Once your payment is received we will discuss your ideas and how you want your site to look. We will go over your plan and start building your site according to your specifications. The remainder of your balance will be due before your site is installed.
All other products must be paid for in full before work will begin on your design or installation.
To be added to my waiting list, you are still required to make the 50% non-refundable down payment with the remaining due before installation.
Copyright:
Restored 3:16 Designs retains all copyright privileges on all designs. You, the client, own the copyright to your web site content. Designs made using an outside source for images are subject to copyright laws by that particular artist and they retain all copyright to the images. Restored 3:16 Designs copyright notice and link must remain at the bottom of your web site design. Restored 3:16 Designs reserves the right to display or not to display a thumbnail of your completed web site in our portfolio. All graphics and design work should not be used for any other purpose than what was originally agreed upon. If you are wanting to use any graphics from your design for any other purpose please contact me first.
Communication:
Email communication plays a vital role in the completion of your design so please do your best to respond to me with any questions I may have within 24 hours of my last email and I will do the same in return.
Restored 316 Designs agrees to provide up to 30 days of email support after the completion of your website. Please take this time to become familiar will all features within your hosting company.
Access to Accounts:
All clients agree to provide Restored 316 Designs with any necessary login information to their perspective domain or hosting accounts as needed.
Refunds:
Due to the digital nature of all products there will be NO REFUNDS.
