With Valentines less than a week away I wanted to make my own Valentines cards this year for my daughter. After scouring Pinterest for a while I combined a few ideas into one to make these super cute Valentines Pencil Arrows and wanted to share the template with you if you want to make them for your little ones party!
These were done on my Silhouette Cameo machine but you could also print this template and cut out your own… bless you if you do that 20 times!
First things first.. here is what you need:
- Treat bags – these were $3 at Hobby Lobby and measure 3×4
- Scrapbook paper – I grabbed this pack at Michaels and used my 40% off coupon. Was about $9.
- Pencils – I couldn’t find any cute pencils so I went with these green Yoobi pencils to be gender neutral.
- Candy – this is completely optional. I originally didn’t want candy included but felt like the pencil alone wasn’t enough. I’m including the template if you decide to use the pencil only option.
First, use the template to print however you’d like …. either print and use as a template to cut from your scrapbook paper, or use your Cameo/Cricut Again, I used my Silhouette Cameo and was able to fit 4 per 12×12 page of scrapbook paper. Each measured about 4.25 inched wide.
Once printed, put candy into your little treat bags, fold the top, and staple. Then slip the pencil through the holes! Super easy!
Now for the templates… here is what it will look like when you download. If you don’t want to include the candy, use the option on the left. If you want the one with candy, use the one on the right. I added a little extra paper on the bottom for the ‘with candy’ option to give room for the staple.
This free download is for personal use only. This is not to be used for an item you sell. This is also not to be given out and claimed as your own. If you have use questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
Did you enjoy this freebie? If so, share with others!
